Proof

Five steps to check AI output. Nothing goes out on the AI's word alone.

  1. Pause

    Gut check before you read closely. Does anything already feel off?

  2. Review

    Compliance check. Did it follow the prompt and finish the task?

  3. Observe

    Quality check. Look for gaps, uncertainty, bias, unsupported claims, and odd wording.

  4. Obtain evidence

    Verify facts, sources, numbers, and quotations. Ask the AI to show its work.

  5. Fix

    Revise the prompt, ask follow-ups, improve the output. Loop back to Prompt.

  • What did you leave out?

  • What here is not supported by my material?

The test: would you send this?

    Would you send it to the Audience you named in Plan?

  2. 02

    Would you put your own name on it?

  3. 03

    Could someone else check it using only your prompt and your material?

If the answer is no, that is your next Fix.
